Neurodevelopment Practitioner
Joanne Naccarato specializes in movement methods for neurological growth and the recovery of function. She has been implementing neurological reorganization programs with children and adults for over twenty years.
Neurodevelopment through Movement Workshops: NDTM program for parents and teachers to implement neurological reorganization programs at home and in schools.
ABM NeuroMovement® group sessions for adults: verbally guided NeuroMovement lessons (TML) and introductory information lectures about the Anat Baniel Method
Joanne’s first experience with the neurodevelopment approach began while searching for ways to help her own daughter. After trying many therapies and seeing few positive changes, Joanne began to implement Suzanne Day’s Neurodevelopment through Movement program. As a result, her daughter dramatically progressed for the first time in many years. This was the catalyst for Joanne to train and become a Neurodevelopement Practitioner. For more than twenty years now, she has had the joy of assisting numerous families in their own developmental journeys.
Her desire to find solutions for individuals with very complex, chronic conditions also led her become a certified NeuroMovement® Practitioner, personally training with Anat Baniel. This method has opened opportunities for Joanne to help those children and adults with a wide range of severe developmental and physical limitations.
